Service Description

How coaching works: All coaching relationships begin with a free 30-minute call. This call gives us space to talk through what’s going on for you, answer questions, and make sure coaching support is the right fit. Coaching plans are purchased after that conversation, once we’ve agreed on the best next step together.

Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable—and so is mine. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 1 hour before your scheduled session. This helps me hold space for all clients with care and consistency. Thank you for understanding!
