About the event
It Is Well Coaching and Consulting is a nurse-led wellness practice offering transformational coaching for women ready to reclaim their health, energy, and peace. Founded by Kathleen Meleedy, RN, a board-certified nurse coach and former ER leader, this practice guides clients to reconnect to their intuition, reset nervous system patterns, and create lasting, aligned change.
Our exhibit invites attendees to pause, reflect, and receive a free Rest & Reconnect worksheet—designed to gently begin the process of putting themselves back at the center. We believe wellness isn’t a luxury; it’s a return to what is already within.
