Welcome to the 7-Day Course for Mindfully Managing Your Stress in a Chaotic World. Hi, I'm Kathleen-a Registered Nurse and a board certified holistic health and wellness coach. I coach others on how to achieve their own version of health and wellness in a transformative way.
